It was easy to make the appointment and as promised they called 30 minutes before they arrived on the day of service. Charles and Chris were polite and friendly, they put on shoe covers when they entered our home and showed a genuine respect for furniture that they had to move. Charles explained everything they were going to do so there were no surprises. The equipment was well maintained and in good working order and the cleaning was thorough as they used a huge vacuum to draw air, and a whip that created action and pressure in each duct. That was followed by a power brush cleaning. They also cleaned the furnaces and although they needed to cut "access" holes in the main supply and return trunks, they covers on that were professional looking. The process took about five hours which was what they estimated when I made the appointment, and at the end of it they went through what had been done, and shared "before" and "after" photos. They ensured I was satisfied and moved everything back the way it was found. The price was exactly what I was quoted and I appreciated that they weren't trying to sell me on any additional services or filters or sprays. I plan to make their service part of a regular maintenance schedule. I would highly recommend Ducts R Us for duct cleaning needs as the experience was very positive and the ducts came out very clean. Ducts R Us came back with the most competitive price and the most services out of the bunch. Also, judging from their other great reviews, it was a no-brainer.

When they came over, they covered all the flooring with blankets as to not damage them and talked through what they'd be doing for the next few hours so we had a better understanding. They then proceeded cleaning out every vent in the condo along with the dryer vent.

They showed us before and after pictures for each vent so we could see the difference. And what a difference it made! There was so much gunk in all the vents including the dryer vent. I recommend this to anyone who's never had their vents cleaned or if you're moving into a new place.

She did a great job at setting up my appointment and answering my emails in a very timely manner. Fast forward to my appointment, this past Saturday, during a horrible snow storm, Ducts R Us came out to clean my air ducts. My husband and I just purchased the home, so we have not yet moved in.
